My opinions only: It's hard to find anything concrete from Alemeda County CA. without paying over $100 to see documents I'm not interested in as it appears to be frivolous from the get go. This will be filed in District court next - I'm assuming the Northern District of Cali where it will be easier to see exactly what is substantial and what isn't.

The board members are listed due to the jurisdictional issue of filing in Alemeda County (the members are from Georgia, Mass., California, India, etc. is the argument given as the reason to file in Alemeda County CA).

The whole thing appears to be a simple wage issue where Eric Maas doesn't think he was paid what he was owed by Blue Oar Consulting/Vystar which is why Greg is involved.

The fraud entry claims the whole of VYST conspired to lower the stock price so they wouldn't have to pay this single vendor as much as he was owed. The lawyers disagree and two counter claims were filed, one disputing the issues and one to remove Dr. Matthan from the suit.

Greg's counter claim is saying Mr. Maas isn't showing proof of his hours worked or proof that he is actually owed the amount claimed.

Again IMO only, if Mr. Maas signed a contract agreeing to work as an independent contractor (which he did) and agreed to be compensated in whole or in part with shares of the company (also undisputed) then there probably isn't much of case here.

You'll need to do some DD to see verification.
