So why all the attention to BioAmber?

If it was worthless the attention should have stopped October 2018, but that's not the case.

Non disclosure agreement!!!

In order to recapitalize and purchase the shares the qualified bidder must first retain the assets in the "Liquidation Plan for BioAmber Sarnia Inc"

Was it "LIQUIDATION plan for BioAmber InC"..?
