The most amazing part is that the 7 very successful business people on Symtomax stated they want to go to a publicly traded company.
They are now making revenue projections for a publicly traded company they have linked with, GCAN. Small share structure, $750K in debt with EMET and EAGLE which can be paid off. Tranche financing with EAGLE, which can be paid off! And Symtomax gets to the big boards through GCAN for the future. IT IS A BRILLANT IDEA!!
7 Highly successful business people in the cannabis industry running the new GCAN/Symtomax and I thing they can bring in the GCAN guys for their Israel connections and you have a team of highly regards executives all tried and true involved. Some in Israel, some in Portogual, some in the UK! Maybe a middle east office?
I see it all coming together here in January 2020 so that will be the make or break month for the company. We will see what it looks like at the end of January 2020 and reevalute the story once again. Until then, I am going to watch and wait and add when the price indictes it is time to pick at the branches. I already own some big tress.
There is a reason Aitan is not answering shareholder questions about Symtomax. That in my mine says he can't during this negotiation for GCAN to be SYMX! That is my bet..
6.5 MILLION shares of GCAN was bought at or above .045 per the trading logs in December only!!!!! That buying came out of no where. No News, just buying! Shortly after all that buying happened we found the Symtomax presentation! Coincidental??????? The company has not put out a Press Release since mid November. Who would buy up almost 40% of the float on the open market? Cartel?
