Reps contacted through the LINE account do not constitute management. Tina, to my knowledge, is not part of management. The only person in a management position that I would imagine you've contacted is Wei-Yu Lee. What has he told you to warrant you deeming him incompetent? His resume certainly doesn't point to someone of incompetence. Someone who is invited to speak worldwide and has numerous patents and published articles to his name is incompetent? You do realize the guy is actually answering emails from this board about a transaction that is not yet finalized and is "in process"? What do you expect him to answer with beyond vanilla answers?

You have essentially criticized the company for not being done with a transaction and not providing you every little piece of information you feel you should have when they are in the middle of the transaction. It's not complete, details can change. We are not in a position to tell them what they should be doing. We don't have that level of insight and none of us are experts at reverse merging a company. Period.

To be honest, I've put this RM aside with no worries whatsoever, especially now that I understand the reason for the delay and I am confident Patrick will file the docs when he has the go-ahead. To an extent, trying to micromanage a transaction of which we are not possibly allowed to know all of the behind the scenes "goings on" becomes a bunch of guesses upon guesses upon guesses. I.E. - We thought the hand off already happened and it hasn't yet. We guessed wrong.
