surely you must realize by now that there is no way in hell that they sold this with the creditors and federal CCAA judges blessing for a measley 4.3 million dollars...lmfao.....you couldn't pave the parking lot for 4.3 million , let alone purchase an entire facility like Sarnia which just happens to be the largest one of its kind in the world.
