A good call........
I believe the asset sale agreement was the first and a smart punch.Will there be a second punch?Very likely and soon,but don't know how much.My gut feeling tells me someone is ready,waiting after buyout,before swallowing the shell company,particularly the NOL,nothing but upside for the legacy shareholders.
