Only one problem with scenario is that ELTZ is broke and don't have any cash to pay that 600 thousand now or ever. The SEC is going to love this. Cant afford to do the SEC required filings but claim in an 8K they can pay 600 thousand for PCTI. LUDICROUS!

What a knee slapper. The management of ELTZ and PCTI must think investors just fell of a turnip truck somewhere.
