How can you confirm a R/S when there are no filings and the old business has been gone since 2010? OTC updated the Company Profile first week of December to Real Estate and verified by OTC. Soon we will find out the name of the Company we believe is rolling into the Shell. Why would you post a outright lie about a R/S when there are no filings or PRs since 2010.
