From my DD it seems a great possibility. see below.

Terry Stein interim-CEO of PMPG per recent 8K, "Mr. Stein is a semi-retired registered investment adviser having performed such services for clients spanning over 30 years"

His LinkedIn profile says, he works as a portfolio manager at PNW Asset Management, LLC based out of Seattle, WA.

Stuart McGhee President Michael Bowers I believe CFO of the company sounds very professional and know what they are doing.

Its a speculation at this point but I see lot of synergies here for sure.
