Thank you but this is old news. It is well known that this initiative was not getting the required number of signatures. You seem to ignore the fact that the other initiative (Make it Legal Florida) is well on its way to gather the signatures. They had about 600k signatures at the beginning of December and I am confident that they will surpass the 766k required by the February 1st deadline. I am sure there will be hurdles ahead from the Governor, opposing groups and the signature verification system, but I remain hopeful that the initiative will make it to the ballot and that it will pass. We will find out more next month and don’t forget to buy the dips.
