More effective? Brilacidin's use in lower concentrations can't be said to have been effective at all, can it?

I'm not sure but I think the above shows the occurrence of Severe OM in 5 out of 11 patients (45%) using the placebo versus 7 out of 13 (54%) using the Brilacidin in the lower concentration treatment group. Is that right?
