Perfect you should be able to provide Verdezyne's bankruptcy filing then, should be a public document required by THE LAW.

While at it, maybe find out how OVP Venture Partners and Chad Waite are now shareholders and a director of LCY Biotechnology Holdings after OVP Venture Partners shut down in 2012 and was accepting NO NEW BUSINESS PLANS!

I'll give you a hint, OVP Venture Partners was a large investor in Verdezyne...
