Interesting to hear claims saying LCY BioScience and Nutrition is also an empty shell. For some reason a US corporation that is the continuation of Verdezyne is so hard to understand.

I'll explain it in simple terms

The Sarnia Plant is owned by LCY Biosciences (Canada)

LCY Biosciences is owned by LCY Biotechnology Holdings (Canada)

LCY Biotechnology Holdings (Canada) is owned by LCY Chemical (taiwan), OVP Venture Partners and William E Radany.

William E Radany and OVP Venture Partners were shareholders of Verdezyne (US Delaware). They also conveniently decided to adopt a "liquidation plan" in May 2018... umm RED FLAG

William E Radany and OVP Venture Partners allong with some silent investors founded Vertubio (US Delaware). Nancy Oleski is also a founder/legal counsel. She is currently a director of LCY Biotechnology Holdings (Canada).

Vertubio (US Delaware) bought the entire lab, adipic acid pilot plant and some IP from the "liquidation plan". They moved it literally a few blocks up the road in June 2018... umm RED FLAG

Conveniently when the CCAA was originally going to end until Ronald Methhead and Crane LPP threw a wrench into the process and embarrassed all shareholders. LCY Chemical (taiwan) "acquired" Vertubio (US Delaware) in July 2019. The Corporate name was changed to LCY Biosciences and Nutrition. It is a far from empty delaware shell... umm FACT

In November 2019, William E Radany and OVP Venture Partners became shareholders of LCY Biotechnology Holdings.

One thing to note that could be a reason for the pulled PR.

LCY claims they acquired the Canadian assets... Visolis who is no longer anywhere to be seen has also been presenting at conferences everywhere that they acquired the Canadian assets... umm RED FLAG

That's right Visolis is not a shareholder of any of the corporations and even Erik Rutten (ex DSM/investor and director of Verdezyne) claims visolis no longer has Canadian fermentation assets.... umm RED FLAG
