Not sure if you understand SS (Share Structure) but

1- if there was any shares issued that would be shown on the last updates which comes almost every week on otc market site, I believe you don not know how to check it you can check it here https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PCLI/security

2- you say RS, why is that? and if so what would that do to any of the shareholders? NOTHING. since the new company will come with its own fair value during valuation. it does not matter if u own 1000 and they become 500 the value is the same to the new valuation, u wont get it I know but here is an example:

New company comes with a valuation of 10 Mill then the price will adjust to that value, if you have a mill share OS then $10 is the price. Now if you do a RS and shares decreased by half then 500,000 OS then $20 SP to reflect the value of $10 mill. both ways Nothing will change.

We know 100% a RM happening here otherwise if a RS comes it will be BAD yes.
