If the corporation was still in business, those obligations would remain. So, which is it? LOL!

And, it really doesn’t matter. When that land registry gets updated to show LCYB as the owner of the plant, what fairy tale will be constructed that will make that a good thing???

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
