PCTI is not going public via ELTZ until ELTZ gets reinstated within the state of Nevada, file all backdated financials, have them audited and have stop sign removed. It simply cannot happen until all of that is done, the SEC will not allow it. Now, Tecco should maybe hire David Lazar who specializes in that exact thing. Go check out the David Lazar Shell play board and you will see what it takes to get a company up to date to complete a RM. If tecco hires him or follows his model, he could complete this merger. Until then it is all just smoke and mirrors.
