This ticker is listed on the mmg website (W000146). Most likely eventual outcome is someone buys the shell and this gets a bounce when filings hit and a reverse merger come in. There's no way the RS will be approved, but if somehow it did, that would probably be better than languishing at no bid. But I think Frank would let custodianship of WNTR go in the hopes a new custodian and reverse merger would add value to Frank's ample shares. Anyway, it might months or a year or more, but eventually this will be a reverse merger play and all of us who bought at 0001 will make some money.
