Ummm....

Do you think it's this CEO's sole purpose to sell the stock down consistently to cash his paychecks or wouldn't it be more prudent for him to allow the stock to stabilize and trade sideways so he could continue this process over the course of time?

What you own here it's a company in debt up to his eyeballs that has a CEO that needs to dump shares. He will continue to do this on his own time as funds are needed for his personal life
