But he bought two shells--BBDA and LEAS--at the same time. Both were run by crooks. BBDA had Weber, and LEAS had William Lieberman. Who was in federal prison when he sold the shell to Quartieri.

So how'd Quartieri allow himself to be talked in to buying THOSE two shells? And who steered him to them? I've wanted to know since last spring.
