Well... Not all THAT often. What he and Bolbat did--or rather, didn't succeed in doing--with BBDA and LEAS showed them to be masters of incompetence. Quartieri's Q Whatever owned some toxic debt in a couple of other issuers; I don't know how that worked out.

They've both been silent since BBDA and LEAS crashed and burned. They bought both shells at around the same time. I'd really like to know who suggested that to them.
