I don't know what your referring to : the disproportionate ratio's
were part of the package passed at the last shareholder meeting
A MEETING WHOSE VOTE RESULTS WERE A FOREGONE CONCLUSION , due to the overwhelming control of votes the board and insiders control -
a commanding number of votes. There were a large number of NOs in the vote
and Marco tried to spin this as a vast majority in favor .
