The farm bill has hurt legitimate CBD companies because it convinced 76% of the public that CBD is legal, safe and FDA regulated.

So while big mass merchants won't carry it due to liability, small shops are popping up on every corner with fraudulent or at least neglectful, CBD. As we know it's often not even CBD. In Britain 65% of the CBD oil tested had incorrect or no CBD. In the US I've seen studied that had as much as 50% being fraudulent.

So you're right, CBD is exploding, but the bad actors are profiting.
