That's very possible.

My noncompete contracts are specifically towards opening their own business in the same field.

I will "allow" them to work for the competition.

If they choose to work with someone else in the same field I have no problem with that.

Plus more importantly, just because someone can see how it's done does not mean they could do it themselves :)
