Deetew: right again you are! FDA is being concrete, literal and stubborn. All of the tox work that CVSI has done (but only one or maybe two companies have done) is on the gold 15 mg FSHE. It's a nuance that FDA is not buying yet, but I guarantee that Duffy is trying to articulate. I think that any thing resembling an isolate is doomed or at least really consumed by the Epidiolex argument. Unfortunately for us, FDA is not comprehending the nuance and that we have actually demonstrated the safety of our number one product with detailed tox work.

I guarantee Duffy is doing all he can to first educate and then persuade FDA.
