The issue was not cops and roads as you know well. Why choose to deliberately misrepresent it?

That would be the TSX, the listing exchange.

While you the business of Stock exchanges is to promote stock sales, they place a Halt to PREVENT irrational buying until news is generally known and people have time to analyse it. This Halt did not originate with Niocorp.

Anyway, I imagine that you would rather angle for bigger fish somewhere else than casting out insults ("sucker") at shareholders on a board for a stock you seem not to own.

Or grandchildren, if any.
