What a farce! This is so bad it is funny!
1) The English is pretty poor for an IR rep,
2) IR would either release this information in a PR for 8-k or not release it at all. They are not going to provide insider information to some any-random-Dick-on-the-street single individual. That would be illegal!,
3) IR would not tell a "low quality" investor that they are not the kind of investor the company is looking for. "Ya, we want to R/S so we can get a better quality of investor than people like you, Mr. Adam 16...If that is your REAL name",
4) The only e-mail responses ever to even consider believing are ones that are posted in a screen shot...not something that is typed into an ihub message without proof the question/response were even sent/received.
If this is the level of what passes for "authentic", well, I received an email from IR this morning as well...It reads as follows:

Alright, here is the real deal, dude. There is no way in hell $PACV is going to pull the trigger on a reverse split!!! We just vote through this same crap every year to cover our ass-etts (get it...ass and assets. It's a play on words). You can be rest assured you investment is safe.
