Yes, they do nothing. This is a pure gamble on whether or not the mobile lottery returns to China. Many foreign companies associated with supporting and assisting the lottery in any way is impacted. They do have technology that supports more than the mobile lottery but are they using it is the question, where and how? We have not had any word from them in quite awhile. For a few months when the mobile lottery was going nuts we made some good money. Will it return? So from a technical approach the PPS is near the bottom. ***Signs plus the actions of other companies related to the mobile chinese welfare and sports lottery are encouraging. China is hurting and really needs the income they derive from the mobile lottery. The govt shut it down over three years ago because of rampant corruption. The effort has been to clean up the system and make it fool proof as much as possible. They employed the help of foreign companies to do just that.
