I'm going to wait for a few weeks to see what transpires. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Emergent is a new Custodian. BRAND NEW. They are doing this for the first time on ETEK. Believe me, if they were trying to scam us out of thousands of dollars, If I were them, I'd pay the $46 to get the filing done and date set.

Just have some patience.
