congrats was watching this one for awhile and took off list after Power Up toxic lender, the worst one even showed and File a Certificate of Amendment to amend the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation (the “Articles”) to increase the number of authorized shares from 2,500,000,000 to 5,000,000,000 and increase its authorized common stock from 2,490,000,000 to 4,990,000,000 (the “Amendment”).
