The mantra of 'file a lawsuit!' is laughable. Good luck suing a company who was not reporting, had an OS of 4 billion and where the pps went from trips to half a penny on speculation. That so-called lawsuit is not going to be filed and is nothing but trash talking. As to the speculation about what the pps will be when the GSCG merger occurs, comparing the present value of mssv to the investment value that a GSCG merger may bring will not in any way be based upon the current pps, share count etc. Such a merger will be like a hybrid IPO where you own shares before GSCG goes public. The pps will be based on expectations re GSCG which in my opinion is a very wide open question at this point. In the meantime, chill and try to determine which option is best. Happy New Year all!!!!!!
