Whoa whoa whoa.....

I don't believe what I'm reading. I don't care what anyone here says, you DON'T fire the salesman of the year.

I have some employee's that are extraordinary salespeople, I make less per deal on them but they reserve much more deals than the rest of my people.

If you have a hammer you don't let him/her go because him/her is digging into your ROI more than you like.

My best salesperson now runs my biggest team and gets paid MUCH more than before. You give more and get more.
