Ok, so this attachment has the minimum necessary requirements to take seriously.

So, it appears $ELTZ has authorized the issuance of up to almost 10 billion shares. Assuming this is the case, the AS only shows us the potential possible shares, not the actual number of outstanding issued shares (OS), which is the actual driver of share price (at least one of them).

Do you have any information as to the total number of outstanding shares? That would be useful in the short term.
