Until PMCB actually doses a patient in a clinical trial they are the definition of a scam company. Not a single milestone meet not a single goal accomplished. 7 Years of "Clinical trials soon" and not a single piece of data from clinical or pre-clinical ever released. Spending less then 5% of total expenses on R&D for a Biotech with is the definition of a Scam.
