Restore investor confidence IMO opinion would have been a large buyback over the past 10 months and to retire those back to treasury. Reduce the AS and move the par value back to .001 minimum.

If they have done and will follow through with the rest, it will be an epic run. Or they may just steal the business, but I don't think that plays into the, "return to the NASDAQ". Which I think is the end game for Seamus
