I'd be very careful with the Ortega disclosure since he was one of the co-founders of Medbox with VM who has been barred by the SEC from being involved with publicly traded companies. Kennedy is/was acting as a proxy for Ortega and it wouldn't surprise me if Vince was pulling the strings behind the curtain.
