$PCLI This has been in the works for 9 months since Custodianship of the Shell was granted. You have to do some DD on the Timeline of Events of this Stock. This was a Dormant Shell since 2010 when the Old Company went out business. Beginning of 2019 through the Courts Paul Knudson was able to obtain Custodianship of the Shell. In June they were on the verge of Announcing the R/M Company but it got delayed due to OTC. End of November OTC was finally updated and beginning of December the Company Profile on OTC was changed to Real Estate and this new Company Profile verified by OTC. So we are coming up on 10 Months on this process. These Clean Shells are not cheap and a lot of work has been put into getting this done. Whoever the Company is taking the Shell has deep pockets. So now we wait for News of the Company R/M here. From more than just myself it is looking like a Major Real Estate Company a REIT is moving into the Ticker.
