Opinion:

Dr. B is a dermatologist by trade. He was brought on during a time when a dermatological indication for B was the focus to drive this asset and company forward. The business model has changed and B-OM, B for GI indications and eventually K will be the driving forces. Locust Walk was brought on to create a deal for B-OM and they fit better than a Dermatologist. The position of the company moving forward brings the need for someone who can explain the science of the main indications to create a deal now that ABSSSI hasn’t been the focus for some time.

If IPIX brings on the best doctor in the world for Gastrointestinal diseases, Mark my words, people will dilute his or hers credentials and praise Dr. B in the same way they destroyed Menon then spoke of his praises after departure.

Nature of the beast. Company focuses change, Chiefs get replaced. New coaches sometimes bring on new dynasties. Others run the same unlit torch a few more miles. I think everyone here realizes change is good. We can’t go down much further but the sky is very high!
