The shell was hijacked anyway. It was in the courts for years. Owner was absved if any wrong doing. The actual hijackers were fined. Dont thing they ever did any jail time. This shell although still exists and is occasionally traded is basically empty. The original owners seem to have abandoned it. My hope is that one day they will fe the right paperwork with the state of Delaware, do right by the stock holders and get this paper going again! Always hope. Been holding this thing since 2008 or 2009.
