MORE PREPOSTEROUS CLAIMS: So, with zero evidence of any sales by Emil and Emil being the biggest loser with PPS declines in VPLM, as he holds nearly 800,000,000 VPLM shares; cause for a shareholder lawsuit is raised...???? THIS IDEA IS ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS ON SO MANY LEVELS!

ONE: There are no guarantees in the stock market, over a given period of time, especially in the OTC markets! If one looks at the history of VPLM, they will see multiple upsides of 3000+%, the last huge run-up being from $.0125 to $.45! With this kind of potential comes subsequent downside risks, especially when a company is doing battle with the likes of appl et al!

TWO: Emil has made no timeframe guarantees with his "PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE" mantra....hence "patience"! Emil has no control over the buying and selling in the market, especially in the short term!

THREE: When opening a brokerage account, investors are required to answer suitability questions. If the investor does not answer these questions in a manner suggesting they are willing to withstand extreme volatility, willing to "set their pants on fire", or in other words take huge risk, THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BUY STOCKS LIKE VPLM!

I could continue, but I think this silly idea has been handled! Emil IS THE BIGGEST LOSER AS THE STOCK DECLINES, over the short term! And, we've seen this downside volatility before...there were no shareholder lawsuits then(the missy lawsuit was over totally different matter and I'm guessing those ~160,000,000 shares will come out of shares outstanding at anytime...) and there won't be any lawsuits this go round!

Case closed, other than to say:

PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE

VPLM IS SITTING IN ITS BEST POSITION EVER!
