Pot stock speculate up because its a new type of business and the inputs and effort required to grow pot is minimal compared to the 8 to 12 years required to start up an underground mine.

Pot stocks; Buy a field or an abandoned warehouse, lighting and drying equiptment, hire an ag degree , lawyers, sales staff, and in 1 to 3 years you are mostly ready to go. Still, those investors are taking a chance that one stock in the universe of new pot stocks will do well with a product that potentially increases the chance of lung cancer, reduces fertility and personal initiative, and increases mental confusion, all Liability issues. Add to that possibility of changes to legislative treatment of the issue and you could lose it all.

Anyway, I think that it is finally at the point at which funding will occur and we should see some movement in the share price. I hope you, me, and everyone else here benefit from that.
