They probably looked at the news release time and market close time and decided to just stop trading for the day. We probably will have to wait til Thursday to find out. I would not want to be short when they reopen. (Are you short whoever sold today??? Suerte? Tedro? Its not you is it Kmack?)

"All major U.S. stock markets will be closed on Wednesday December 25, for the Christmas holiday. Additionally, major U.S. stock markets will close early at 1 pm ET on Tuesday December 24."



But, you never know! Perhaps right now lawyers and the Nicorp managment and board are huddling somewhere collecting signatures and initials on a 15 pound 450 page financing document. If so, it would give Niocorp a chance for a Christmas day news announcement and a further trading halt on Friday! (My thought is that this will not happen until they receive recieve the Air Permit.)
