The CDC tied black market vape products laced with Vit E Acetate to the lung illnesses recently. That should bring many out of the black market, and now, they will buy from legitimate businesses. People are no longer fearful of legitimate CBD/THC vape products. Massachusetts resumed vape sales. This bust should quickly turn to boom in 2020.
