I count 3M added to the O/S for the whole month of November using market cap and PPS.
However on the chart there was a dilutive halt beginning on the first trading day of December.
I think the OTC statistical reporting has always a built in 30 day lag verses what Transfer Agents monthly up-date & data feed says to the OTC, IMO. This assumption I get from what the chart says and what OTC tells us.
The reason the PPS has been box trading sideways all December is that retail is still woozy and shell shocked from the November drop from .055 to .02. My average PPS is .06 and I think I am suffering from PTSD from the wait.
