It's not that negative imo.
298 is supposed to happen Jan. of Feb. then they need a couple of month to calculate the results. By that time (when no warrants are cashed in) they are out of money, then what? You can't run a startup without money
This also tells me, that they are not thinking about selling Cel-Sci, or at least buy time to negotiate for a good PPS, after the results.
Warrants not being sold is also positive. Warrant Holders count on a much higher price.
so all in all good.
