Value- CPE

These small O&G companies at tiny PEs are compelling. If I didn't think we were headed for recession some time in 2020, I'd be more apt to get in. This market is overall only rewarding mid to large cap stocks, and only certain sectors. Small cap O&G isn't in the mix. This could change, but not if the economy gets weaker in 2020 as I expect.
