If Thompson triggers a reverse split before we have fantastic news (way beyond ‘the reeling is done’), investors will not be kind. Shorters will exploit the weaknesses in KBLB’s hand (such as the lack of cash on hand and modest revenues) and will drive the share price down, down, down. Recovery will be slow and difficult.

What reason could Thompson have to trigger the reverse split? KBLB does not have the shareholder equity to uplist and the reverse split will make it harder to get there.

The fantastic news needs to come first.
