If the split is allowed this time, I imagine they will target 0.04.

This is bizzaro if it goes thru, $28 just seems like a completely odd share price to target, a pump would make it even more absurd of a split.

I like the volume and set-up, but even bullish splits without dilution usually see an initial negative panic reaction. Soi'd have to expect atleast some weakness after, if the split gets thru this time.

I just cant see how FINRA flagged a 1-100, only to allow 1-700 to go unquestioned.

Really an interesting Christmas move by this company that doesn't add up either way. We'll find out if its Santa or Scrooge after tomorrow, but i tend to believe there is something good hiding behind this move... GL2A
