And a lot of people don't realize the Case was Appealed and the Ruling was later over-turned. So AIG and shareholders effectively lost even though they had a temporary Court Victory

The same could happen here with $FNMA -- Collins, Perry, Fairholme, etc. All of those rulings could be later overturned even if they end up initially being ruled in favor for $FNMA
