Let us now summarize our past five years study into a math formula.

Issued shares = treasury stock value
Out standing share value = issued common shares value and company issued shares value or treasury stock value
Number of Treasury stock outstanding = treasury stock value / par or the given market value
Common share value = outstanding treasury value - issued share value
Treasury value = market value - ( number of treasury stock x par) + share holders deficit value
