I am well aware of SEC suspensions been caught in many myself and understand the risk and have emailed the company my concerns. Last PR stated they are almost done but they been saying that for months hopefully they close finally. The last time I talked to the company they said they were in constant contact with the SEC to get the filings completed correctly but that was a couple years ago I would think that is still the case. Not to mention the chairman Adair has purchased 2.1 million dollars worth of stock at around .08. I do not think he would of done that if he was worried about a suspension. This company has came out of bancruptcy and shareholders were saved I dont think they came out of bk just to turn around and make their stock worthless again.
